HIIT It At Home

Happy APRIL! It is so crazy how quickly this year is flying by. I am going to keep this post short and sweet and get right to the good stuff: a quickie, at-home HIIT workout!
This is the same cardio I did after testing out a Chest & Shoulder workout for the Shine Studio, so needless to say, I was toast! The Shine Studio is packed with at-home cardio workouts like these, as well as dumbbell or body-weight-only strength training workouts, so you can do them anytime, anywhere. I know I'm so on-the-go, myself, which is why I LOVE providing easy-to-follow routines & quick how-to videos for each move.

WHY HIIT? There are numerous benefits to HIIT cardio, which is why I love it! Not only is it super speedy and effective, but it actually helps your body BUILD muscle, rather than burn it off like steady state cardio. Check out the full rundown of the workout below - and yes, you only need you and your gorgeous bod!
