Let's HIIT it

Alright, let's face it: cardio can sometimes turn into something we do at the beginning of a workout for maaaaybe 5 minutes. You know, just enough so that you're warmed up enough that you don't pull a muscle during your "actual" workout.

While it's great that you're warming up, I hate to break it to ya, buuuuut, it's not exactly "cardio"- you know the kind... your heartbeat is pounding, you're sweating a gallon, you're basically Usain Bolt!

That's the kind of cardio I'm talking about!

I don't know about you, friend, but I often find myself dreading that kind! There have been times when I even skip it completely! So do as I say now, and not as I've done in the past at times: as much as you want to, DO NOT skip the cardio!

To help make the dreadful cardio a bit better, here is a favorite go-to HIIT cardio. All you need is 15-20 minutes, a favorite pump-up playlist or motivational audiobook, and finish strong!
