Wellness Photography with Erika Lundy | Fall & Spring Sessions | Philadelphia, PA
When Philly-based, IIN health coach, yoga teacher, & self-care enthusiast Erika contacted me in the Fall to help her showcase her passion for wellness through photography, I had no idea a great friendship was in the works, or that I'd have the opportunity to work with her again in the Spring!
Erika is on a mission to "help others find the flexibility, happiness and mental stillness that yoga gives to her. She also hopes students will use yoga as a vehicle to have fun, reduce stress and develop a healthy lifestyle on and off the mat". I loved having the opportunity to shoot with her TWICE now, to help her get fresh content as the seasons change.
What I loved about our sessions was how willing Erika was ready to LITERALLY strike a pose, anytime, anywhere! Our first session was 1 Hour Session, where we went around various Philly neighborhoods. In our second, a 30-Minute Springtime "Update", we stayed in her beautiful apartment. She was so prepared with different tops to throw on, to break up the looks of her shots, that you'd never know we were shooting for just 30 minutes!
